GENERAL TERMS
These Terms & Conditions (and the Privacy Policy) are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia. The user irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in New South Wales, Australia and any courts which have jurisdiction to hear appeals from any of those courts and waives any right to object to any proceedings being brought in those courts. Any failure by the Company to enforce strict performance of any of the Terms and Conditions will not be construed as a waiver of any right or remedy of the Company in respect of any existing or subsequent breach of the Terms and Conditions. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the provision will be deemed severed from the Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the terms will continue in full force and effect.
