SINGLE VINEYARD

This wine is made from hand-picked, basket pressed Shiraz grapes grown on our ‘terra rossa’ soils at Whispering Brook. The nose displays a complex mix of savoury spice and dark berry fruit characters. The palate shows spice and dark berry fruit balanced by fine tannins and subtle French oak complexity with a long palate finish.

Drink now or cellar for several years.
