The nose displays lifted lemon and lime characters.  The palate opens to delicate citrus and zesty crispness with a chalky minerality. This wine can be enjoyed young or cellared to develop nutty and toasty bottle aged characters. 10.9% alc, pH 3.16, TA 6.0 g/l.
